RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Every VILLAIN product is made to order — printed and fulfilled specifically for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. We encourage you to review sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We'll review it and get a replacement or refund processed for you.

Email us at willwalton@villainredefined.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We respond within 3 business days.

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed shipment, we'll notify you and hold it for 30 days. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're unable to make address changes once an order is in production.
